We are in the final week of March and the end of the first quarter of the year. I hope that our Winter series “New Every Morning” on goal-setting has been really motivational for you and has given you a strong start to your year!
It’s finally spring here in Norway. Literally, the sun has come out this week, the birds came back and the snow is melting. So I am really ready to get outside! Today’s episode is about something that I am really passionate about, and look forward to – especially during the warmer months coming up – and that is meaningful travel.
Some of you might be thinking, what does travel have to do with setting and meeting our purpose-driven business goals? Well, it has everything do to with it! I am such a firm believer in the power of taking time for transformative travel experiences.
Today’s guest Ryan Jeffery is a serial entrepreneur who went through burn out and decided to travel to Nicaragua on a social impact-focused trip. It completely changed his world, so much so that he became a social entrepreneur and started a new travel company called Ignite.
In my conversation with Ryan, we talk all about:
- what impact travel is and isn’t
- how important regular transformations are for leaders and teams
- tips for how we can make time for transformative travel each and every year
