What is being Half-Baked in Business? Being Half-Baked is literally what it sounds like – not being complete, whole. You are half-in, half-out. It means you are not going all-in as the founder and CEO.
Most entrepreneurs are Half-Baked in at least one area of their business without realizing it. They have insecurities, confusion, and a lack of clarity. And this causes them to shy away from something.
